Our Signature Style blends natural authenticity with clean, elevated enhancements. Every image is fine-tuned for beautiful exposure, balanced light, true-to-life color, and cohesive tones that feel both vibrant and timeless. Skin tones remain natural, expressions stay genuine, and the overall look reflects the real atmosphere of your session, just polished in all the right ways.

We also apply light refinement techniques such as noise reduction, subtle sharpening, and the removal of small distracting background elements when needed. These enhancements create images that feel honest, cinematic, and effortlessly beautiful without ever looking over-edited.

Please note:
Our Signature Style does not include individualized retouching (such as body slimming, wrinkle removal, major object removal, teeth whitening, etc.). Those services are available as an additional fee upon request.

A single-family session includes one immediate family unit living in the same household. This typically means parents and their children, or one parent with their children.

Paternal and maternal grandparents may be added to a single family session at no additional charge, as long as there are no additional sibling families or separate households joining in.

► One household + grandparents is still considered a single family session.
► Once additional sibling families or separate households join, it becomes an extended family session.

We do not. Once your session has been edited we will upload it to a private online gallery for you to make your final selections.

Image selection will vary from one session to the next. On average, a shorter session duration results in fewer images to select from. For example, a 30-minute session will typically have between 40 - 60 images for you to choose from, while a 60-minute session will usually have 100+.

This will vary slightly depending on your location choice. For example, if you want your session on the beach then we suggest scheduling your session for either sunrise or sunset. This is when lighting will be optimal for beach portraits. Sunrise is a bit more unpredictable regarding lighting because it solely depends on the cloud coverage that morning. Sunset guarantees you at least 10 to 15 minutes of the perfect light.

Most of our clients are looking for beach portraits. There are many beautiful beaches in the area to choose from. Our personal favorite is Huntington Beach State Park in scenic Murrells Inlet, SC. This park offers 3 miles of unspoiled beachfront surrounded by lush dunes, saltwater marshes, and the historic Atalaya Castle. Our second choice would be Myrtle Beach State Park. Although generally more busy than Huntington, this park also has a lovely beach, a small rustic boardwalk, and an pier.

If you are looking for locations other than the beach, we’re happy to suggest alternative locations.

We will monitor the weather closely and will reach out with a reschedule window if needed. Soft overcast is actually beautiful for portrait sessions.
